POLICIES

For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.
If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
Please turn off any sprinkler systems for the evening and while the greeting is in your yard.
We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery location that we feel may be unsafe for our delivery crew or potential vandalism of our products.
Please do not touch or remove our signs from the lawn for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, please let us know and we will come and pick up the yard greeting.
For the safety of our delivery group, no delivery will be made if there is lightening or severe hazardous weather.
If we are unable to set up your yard greeting because of lightning or severe hazardous weather, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are not provided if you provided us the wrong address, or if a loose animal on the property prevents us from entering the property, or for any other reason that prevents us from setting up the yard greeting.
We charge an additional $25-$40 fee for outside the delivery area. Our immediate delivery area is: Lorton, Fairfax Station, Burke, Springfield & Alexandria.
Same day orders or less than 48 hrs notice from set up date will be an additional $40 set up fee.
Additional hours or day past the initial 24 hrs, will be considered another day rental.
